BEST OF IRELAND TOURS - TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. All bookings made by the Client with Best of Ireland Tours, incorporate these Terms and Conditions.
2. A booking is only secured upon full payment being received by Best of Ireland Tours from the Client and confirmed by email by Best of Ireland Tours, to the Client, whereupon a binding Contract will exist between Best of Ireland Tours and the Client upon these terms and conditions.
3. It is the responsibility of the Client to ensure that any booking made, is for the correct tour dates, in line with the Clients flights and hotels booking.
4. All payments made by Credit Card, are subject to a booking surcharge (where applicable) as varied from time to time.
5. Any Client under the age of 18 years, must be accompanied by a legal guardian who will be responsible for the safety and welfare of the Client under the age of 18 years.
6. Best of Ireland Tours reserve the right to vary tour prices according to group sizes, exchange rates, market conditions, transport costs and any other additional factors that may arise.
7. All prices quoted are in euro, subject to currency exchange rates.
8. Best of Ireland Tours accept no responsibility or liability for theft, loss or damage to personal belongings of a Client whilst taking part in a tour or liability for personal injury/death in the event of the Client engaging in activities outside the scope of the tour.
9. Best of Ireland Tours do not include Travel Insurance in the cost of the tour provided.
10. Comprehensive Insurance cover for cancellation, medical expenses, personal accident, baggage, theft of money and valuables is a matter solely for the Client.
11. Best of Ireland Tours will make every effort to ensure that the information in its brochure and other printed material is accurate at the time of production of same but bear no responsibility for innocent errors arising there from.
12. These Terms & Conditions, contain the entire Contract between the Client and Best of Ireland Tours. Any representation, term, condition, warranty, whether oral or in writing and/or express or implied by any other document, advertisement, brochure or conversation is expressly excluded.
13. The Terms & Conditions of this Contract may only be varied in writing upon agreement by Best of Ireland Tours.
14. This Contract is governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland.
15. Upon confirmation of booking, Best of Ireland Tours will use its best endeavours to furnish the tour in accordance with the arrangements agreed but reserve the right to alter or cancel the whole or part of any tour in the event of occurrences beyond its control. No compensation of refund will be paid for cancellations arising from force majeure events such as extreme adverse local weather conditions, weather warnings, natural disasters, civil strikes or conflict, fire, flood, or storm conditions and/or criminal/terrorist activity. This list is non-exhaustive.
16. In the event that Best of Ireland Tours are forced to change the tour itinerary, it will endeavour to substitute alternative arrangements of comparable monetary value if reasonably practical to do so.
17. Best of Ireland Tours reserve the right to exclude any Client from the tour at any time for antisocial behaviour or in the interests of the safety, comfort and/or enjoyment of other Clients on the tour. In such an event the Client so excluded will not be refunded or compensated in any way by Best of Ireland Tours.

18. In case of cancellation, Best of Ireland Tours will issue a refund, deducting the costs incurred during tour preparation and due to the tour cancellation. Expenses could be the cost of preparing a tour itinerary, deposits paid to third parties including tour guides and loss of income amounting to 25% maximum deducted from the total tour price. To qualify for a refund, the client must notify Best of Ireland Tours at least 90 days before the tour start date for all Multi Day Tours and 30 days notice for all Day Tours and Transfers.. The client will be informed by email if they are eligible for a refund.

19. Best of Ireland Tours do not accept deposits for day Tours and Transfers.

All day Tours and Transfers either, castle, manor house, hotel or golf course must be paid in full before the day tour begins or the transfer is carried out.

20. A 50% Deposit must be paid to book a Multi Day Tour and the balance of 50% will be due 90 days before the Tour start date.
